QuickBooks Online Accounting Apps on Google Play

Initially everything worked great the.n while creating estimates on the app for items I frequently use it could jot find the items even when I searched for it in the estimate portal. When I closed it and went to items the stuff is all there. I’ve reached out multiple times over the past two weeks only to receive a generic reply that they’re working to fix the issue over the next few updates. I even upgraded the highest package that they have and you cannot even get any custom help. For our Plus and Advanced customers, we added quantity tracking for inventory to Products & Services details. You can now track Quantity on Hand right from the app.We’ve added two new widgets to the widget gallery – Quick actions and Invoice insights.

Test, test, and retest these updates before you unleash them on the public. Again, the latest update has completely wrecked the app on my iOS iPhone and iPad. Now, I cannot utilize QB at all unless I utilize the PC in my office. I feel like an abacus would be more productive than QBO.

My experience so far with QB online and the apps have been excellent so far. The website and apps have seamless integration and connects to your banking accounts easily for reconciliation. QuickBooks Online Advanced supports the upload of 1000 transaction lines for invoices at one time.

Snag, upload and categorize receipts

Should be an easy task, however, frequently the app mis-logs if auto milage is used. For example logging somewhere close to where you are as opposed to where you actually went. When manually logging milage a round trip option would be welcome as would squashing the bug which logs the date incorrectly. For example i log a trip in june 2019, when you review trips, its disappeared from June and is now found in December.
